Volunteers are the backbone of our summer camping sessions. You bring with you unique skills and abilities to help mentor and guide the young people in your care. As staff you will make new friends, grow in your faith and leave changed, renewed and refreshed.
All volunteer staff are vetted, interviewed and trained to ensure they are prepared for their positions at Camp. Below you will find links and pdf downloads to all the forms you need to complete BEFORE you come to camp. Completion of these forms in non-negotiable; without them you will not be able to volunteer at camp. These forms need to be completed each year.
You will need to complete a Volunteer Staff Application and a Staff Health Form. These can be completed online or downloaded, completed and send into the office by email or regular mail.

There are two options to obtain these clearances:

The criminal record check will be email to the Camp Artaban office. Once received, you will be informed by the Artaban office. There is no fee for this service
2. Download the letter below which states you will be working as a volunteer and take it to the police department where you live. If you do have to pay, please submit your receipt to the Camp Artaban Office for reimbursement.
